The Opportunity
ACE had a clear opportunity to win more consistent work via digital. The priority was to:

Our approach
1) Digital audit and strategy reset
We reviewed ACE’s existing assets and marketing activity, then set a simple plan focused on lead generation and trust.
2) Website refresh (conversion-first)
We refreshed the site to improve clarity, professionalism, and enquiries. The goal was straightforward journeys: service → proof → contact.
3) Google Ads launch and optimisation
We created Google Ads campaigns focused on high-intent searches for window and gutter cleaning, then optimised budgets and messaging ahead of the busiest months.
4) Seasonal planning
Because summer is peak season, we tuned campaigns, landing pages, and messaging to maximise volume during May to August.
5) Review growth programme (trust at scale)
We built a repeatable process to generate more reviews through customer messaging and Christmas cards, helping ACE become one of the most trusted exterior cleaners in Derby. ACE now has 300+ 5-star reviews.
6) Rebrand (2023)
In 2023, we rebranded from AC Windows Cleaners to ACE Window & Cleaning Services to better reflect a professional, scalable business and appeal to larger commercial opportunities.
7) Consistent social content
Alongside lead gen, we supported ongoing social content to keep the brand visible and reinforce trust and quality.
Results
Results speak for themselves. Annual enquiries increased from 132 (2022) to 497 (2023), 531 (2024) and a new high of 736 (2025), making 2025 our best year yet.
Performance peaked in July (91 enquiries) and May (90 enquiries), reflecting strong summer demand supported by planned optimisation ahead of the busiest months. Alongside lead growth, Ace strengthened local trust with 300+ 5-star reviews, while the rebrand and website refresh helped improve credibility and conversion.
